The River Valley Runners meet the first Thursday of every month at one of 3-5 places. We always start with a good potluck meal around 6:30 to 7:00pm. Sometimes we have a guest speaker with health related information to share. It’s always a lot of fun and guests are always welcome. This is the best place to meet other runners of all paces!

Just prior to the meetings a reminder is sent to all members through an e-mail list. This is where additional information about that meeting is announced. If you are not receiving these e-mails and would like to be added to the list just send an e-mail to shern@suddenlink.net and ask to be added.
